Job Overview Our Palm Desert CA client is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Emergency Response Specialist to serve as the first point of contact during property damage emergencies. In this critical role, you will assess situations on-site, communicate with clients, and initiate the mitigation process to ensure a fast, effective response. This position requires professionalism, empathy, and a sense of urgency to support clients during challenging times. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls involving water, fire, mold, or biohazard incidents—day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed. Conduct thorough on-site assessments, documenting damage and gathering key information for internal teams. Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal staff to set expectations and explain next steps. Capture accurate job site documentation, including photographs, client details, and initial scope of work. Support stabilization efforts as needed, including water extraction, board‑ups, and containment.
