Data Engineer

Location Location: Minneapolis, MN Chandler AZ, Irving Texas (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite in office, 2 days remote) Duration Duration: 24 months, possibility to extend or convert Job Summary We are looking for Data Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure Data Engineering experience , along with SQL optimization, ETL development, and modern CI/CD practices. You will be taking legacy, on-premises data infrastructure (SQL Server/SSIS) and completely re-architecting it into a cutting-edge cloud ecosystem utilizing Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks (Apache Spark/Delta Lake). Top Skills 5+ years of experience designing ETL (SSIS/ADF), DBMS(SQL Server/Azure SQL/Oracle/Teradata), Python (Programming language) 5+ years of Advanced T-SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, functions, index) 3+ years of Performance Tuning and Optimization 3+ years of Data Engineering experience 2+ years of experience with Agile 2+ years of experience with Azure Database and Azure Data Factory 1+ years of experience using IDP, ServiceNow, EPL-X Pipeline (Git-SaaS, Git Actions, IDP, Artifactory, Harness) 1+ years of experience using advanced analytic tools: Data Bricks and/or Snowflake Additional Skills Extensive understanding of Liquibase, NoBuild, Python Automated Testing with Hyper Execute/Octane/Robot Framework Advanced development skills that include comprehensive testing and utilization of AI tools. Ability to leverage AI agents for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and automation of software development workflows. Understanding with Databricks (Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and workflows) for building scalable data pipelines and applications.
