Immigration Attorney (On-Site Utah)

Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Immigration Attorney with experience in removal defense, immigration benefits, and client representation to join our growing firm. This role requires a strong balance between legal expertise, client consultation, and case strategy execution, working closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams. Location: On-site: Utah Remote: Colorado & Texas Attorneys with experience in immigration benefits, business immigration, and special visa categories are highly encouraged to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Case Intake (Sales Support) Conduct immigration consultations and pre-retention meetings with prospective clients. Define scope of representation and legal strategy for new cases. Partner with intake/sales teams to drive client retention and contract execution. Document detailed case intake notes, including client background and procedural history. Legal Representation & Case Management (Operations) Represent clients in Immigration Court, including: Master Calendar Hearings Individual Hearings Prepare clients for court through hearing preparation sessions. Review and supervise legal work product: Legal briefs Declarations & affidavits Motions and filings Ensure compliance with USCIS and EOIR procedures. Collaborate with Case Managers, Legal Assistants, and Paralegals to execute case strategy. Leadership & Training Provide legal guidance and training to Case Managers, Storytellers, and Legal Drafters. Deliver immigration law updates and ensure team alignment with current regulations. Support continuous improvement of internal legal processes and case quality. Marketing & Community Engagement Participate in immigration education content (e.g., social media videos). Attend community or marketing events as needed. Encourage satisfied clients to provide reviews, testimonials, and referrals. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license (in good standing). Experience in immigration law (removal defense strongly preferred). Knowledge of USCIS, EOIR, and immigration court procedures. Strong client-facing and consultation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Preferred Experience (Strong Plus) Immigration benefits cases (Adjustment of Status, Work Permits, Family Petitions). Business immigration (employment-based visas, investor visas such as E-2, EB categories).
