This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service lane, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service lane operations to ensure timely and effective vehicle servicing.
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their service needs and provide updates throughout the process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the service lane.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in managing automotive service operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive service software and tools is preferred.
