Operates daily production.Respond to emergencies, such as equipment failures, power outages, or chemical spills, to minimize environmental impact and ensure continued operation.Coordinate the drivers and unload the tankers efficiently.Work with other technicians, drivers, and supervisors to optimize plant operations.Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or abnormalities.Train new employees and share knowledge with team members.Other duties as assigned.Desired CertificationsOSHA Certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.What You NeedHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3-4 years of related work experience in an industrial environment; coursework in environmental science, biology, chemistry, or a related field preferred.Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.This position may require occasional overtime or shift work, including weekends and holidays.
