Systems Analyst

Skills Required:
- Ability to create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with diagramming tools (Visio or equivalent) for workflow and data flow modeling.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for writing queries and performing analysis.
- Knowledge of contracts management claims processing, eligibility systems, case management systems, or enrollment platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience Required:
- 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least 3 years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
- 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps or Jira (or similar) for backlog management, requirements tracking, and defect management.
- 3+ years of experience with data exchange formats, interoperability standards, or interface operations.
- 2+ years of experience supporting or analyzing workflow, case management, ERP, or reporting systems.
- 2+ years of experience working with vendors or external technical partners.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
