Job Details

• Provide outpatient primary care services to diverse patient populations
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and medical histories
• Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Deliver preventive, behavioral, and community health care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including behavioral health
• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) for documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and audits
• Supervise and teach mid-level providers, residents, or medical students as applicable
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
• Provide coverage for other clinicians when required

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
• Active, unrestricted  California medical license
• Active and unrestricted  DEA license
• Board Certification required
• Experience in  Family Medicine, Internal Medicine preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• English proficiency required
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese) preferred
