The Card Room General Manager oversees all aspects of the card room's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and efficient management of staff and resources. This role focuses on maintaining a vibrant and enjoyable gaming environment while driving marketing initiatives and accurate financial reporting to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead card room staff to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve player issues
- Oversee game operations and ensure fair play
- Monitor compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies
- Implement marketing strategies to increase patronage
- Prepare and review financial reports and budget forecasts
- Conduct team training and development activities
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Key Employee Licensees Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in casino or card room management
- B.S.B.A. / MBA candidates
