The Role - Commercial Roofing Estimator


The Commercial Roofing Estimator will play a key role in the company’s continued growth by preparing competitive bids and supporting the preconstruction process for large commercial roofing projects.


Responsibilities include:


• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Performing detailed takeoffs and cost analysis
• Preparing competitive bids for commercial roofing systems
• Collaborating with project managers, leadership, and operations teams
• Supporting bid strategy and helping secure new projects


This role is perfect for a Commercial Roofing Estimator who enjoys working on large projects and being part of a high-performing team environment.
