Required Skills and Qualifications 3 to 6 years of practical benefits administration experience Proficiency with HRIS and benefits systems such as UKG and PlanSource Strong knowledge of benefits compliance including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and CFRA Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Nice to Have Skills Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations Familiarity with maintaining 401(k) plans and working with providers like Fidelity Investments Experience with benefits-related project management and system enhancements Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Extensive hands-on benefits administration experience in a healthcare or multi-facility environment Other Requirements Standard office environment with minimal travel; occasional extended hours during open enrollment or audits Ability to sit, stand, and operate standard office equipment for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr Marquee Staffing
