Audit Manager

Harding, Shymanski & Co., PSC ( ), a public accounting and consulting firm, has a full-time opening for an Audit Manager in our Louisville office with a minimum of 6+ years of accounting and auditing experience, preferably in a public accounting environment . Responsibilities include: Proficient knowledge and application of GAAP, financing reporting and audit methodologies Review audit, review, and compilation engagements with varying levels of complexity Gain an understanding of client businesses and use this knowledge to identify opportunities and provide consulting Assist in the development of staff Responsible for assigned client groups, including development of relationships, budgets and timely delivery of service Active participation in department meetings and involvement in some administrative and leadership functions Skills/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting CPA certification required A minimum of 6+ years of comprehensive audit and accounting experience, including public accounting experience Knowledge of GAAP, accounting and auditing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective project management ability and managing multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated and ability to work independently Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours when required Capable and motivated to provide our clients with excellent and timely client service #J-18808-Ljbffr Harding, Shymanski & Company, P.S.C.
