responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support to manufacturing teams for the development of assembly and testing processes.
• Manage BOMs and RTGs within the ERP system to ensure production accuracy.
• Design manufacturing fixtures and tooling utilizing CAD software like SolidWorks to support production and testing procedures.
• Oversee transfer and injection molding processes while utilizing legacy drawings to guide basic assembly and welding operations.
• Analyze production and field failures to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions for electrical components.
• Partner with business development to assess new product feasibility, create customer proposals, and modify bill of materials in the ERP system.

qualifications:
B.S. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience with manufacturing processes used in manufacturing/assembly of electrical components.
