Key Responsibilities

• Float between multiple hospital facilities across the region as needed to support staffing demands
• Provide labor management and delivery care to patients throughout the labor and delivery process
• Perform continuous fetal monitoring and interpret findings to guide clinical decision-making
• Deliver postpartum care for both mother and newborn following delivery
• Adapt to varying schedules, which may include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements
• Travel independently between assigned points of care using personal transportation

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing
• Must possess a personal automobile and ability to travel to multiple care sites

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred
• STABLE certification preferred
