Neurolink Academy is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated ABA Therapists to join our growing EIDBI team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related conditions.

We are hiring candidates who qualify or may be eligible to qualify as EIDBI Level I or Level II providers . Whether you are an experienced ABA professional, hold a behavioral health degree or certification, or are currently pursuing a related degree, we encourage you to apply.

Our team members work collaboratively with clients, families, BCBAs, QSPs, and other professionals to provide individualized behavioral and developmental services in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized EIDBI/ABA intervention services based on each client's Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).

• Work directly with children and individuals with ASD and related conditions.

• Implement behavioral and developmental treatment strategies.

• Collect data and accurately document client progress.

• Participate in observation, direction, and clinical supervision as required.

• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.

• Assist with family and caregiver training when appropriate.

• Participate in coordinated care and treatment planning activities.

• Collaborate with BCBAs, QSPs, Level I and Level II providers, families, and other members of the treatment team.

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards and follow applicable EIDBI, MHCP, DHS, and Neurolink Academy requirements.

Level II QualificationsApplicants may qualify as an EIDBI Level II provider through one of the following pathways:

• A bachelor's degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field such as psychology, social work, special education, mental health, speech pathology, or occupational therapy, together with applicable experience, training, certification, coursework, or required observation and direction;

OR

• Current enrollment in a qualifying bachelor's degree program , with required observation and direction;

OR

• An associate's degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field and at least 2,000 hours of qualifying supervised clinical experience ;

OR

• At least 4,000 hours of qualifying supervised clinical experience delivering treatment to individuals with ASD or a related condition;

OR

• Current enrollment as a graduate student in behavioral science, child development science, or a related field while receiving applicable clinical supervision;

OR

• Other qualifying Level II pathways, including certain treatment-modality certification or language/tribal qualification pathways.

Candidates with relevant credentials such as RBT or BCaBA are encouraged to apply.

Level I QualificationsApplicants may qualify as an EIDBI Level I provider through one of the following pathways:

• A master's or doctoral degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field with the required clinical experience, training, graduate coursework, or combination thereof;

OR

• BCBA, BCBA-D, or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) credentials with applicable experience and training requirements;

OR

• A qualifying bachelor's degree plus an advanced certification in a recognized treatment modality and applicable experience/training requirements;

OR

• BCaBA with at least 4,000 hours of qualifying supervised clinical experience and applicable certification requirements;

OR

• Completion of or current enrollment in a qualifying master's degree program , with required QSP observation and direction while working toward the required supervised clinical experience;

OR

• A qualifying bachelor's degree plus at least 6,000 hours of applicable early-intervention clinical experience and required Level III provider training;

OR

• Another applicable Level I pathway.
