As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting project managers and teams by assisting with planning, organizing, and executing various project tasks. This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required. Key Responsibilities Assist project managers in coordinating project activities and timelines. Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes. Track project progress and update project documentation accordingly. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide status updates. Help manage project resources and ensure timely delivery of project components. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
