What You’ll Do

• Assist during surgical procedures in the OR, serving as primary first assist for urology, gynecology-oncology, endoscopy, and otology cases
• Support approximately 2-3 cases per day across various specialties
• Collaborate with surgeons for perioperative care and ensure smooth workflow in the OR
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols
• Support postoperative and preoperative patient management under surgeon supervision

What You Need

• Valid Texas licensure (pending acceptable) or eligible
• Certification in Surgical Assisting or relevant specialty certification
• 2+ years of surgical experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
