WE’RE HIRING: ECOMMERCE & LIFECYCLE MANAGER El Segundo, CA · Hybrid, 3 days in office · Full-time VitaHustle is a fast-growing health and wellness brand co-founded by Kevin Hart and Ron “Boss” Everline. Our flagship product, ONE Superfood Protein, simplifies daily nutrition by replacing multiple supplements with one damn delicious daily shake. We’re expanding our team and looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial ecommerce leader to help drive our next stage of growth. THE ROLE This role will own the digital customer journey across ecommerce, CRM, subscriptions and customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical and equally comfortable developing the strategy, executing the work and presenting recommendations to leadership. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Shopify performance, merchandising, landing pages, apps, integrations and website QA CRO testing roadmap designed to increase conversion rate and AOV Email and SMS strategy & automation across campaigns, automations and lifecycle flows Retention: subscription growth, loyalty, and churn reduction Customer cohort analysis and lifecycle reporting Customer support, reviews, surveys and feedback program Lead AI-powered tools and workflows across all CRM functions WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 3 years of relevant experience with a DTC brand Strong Shopify, CRO, email/SMS and subscription experience A track record of improving conversion, retention, AOV and LTV The ability to work cross-functionally across creative, analytics and development A passion for health, wellness and consumer brands WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK HERE We’re a small team that moves fast, cares deeply, and celebrates our wins.
