Full-Time | Contract to hire

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facilities / Work Order Coordinator to support daily facilities operations and ensure service requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.

What you'll do:

• Receive, process, assign, track, and close work orders.
• Coordinate with technicians, building managers, vendors, and internal customers.
• Respond to urgent and emergency service requests.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to gather and verify information.
• Distribute work orders to external vendors and verify completed services.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in the work order management system.
• Schedule passenger vans and executive vehicles.

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in dispatch, data entry, phone operations, customer service, or a related role
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of transactions.
• Detail-oriented and able to stay calm when handling urgent situations.
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Fort Lauderdale-Davie . xhyhwjd
