Product Owner – Commercial Banking Document Management

The Product Owner will work closely with Commercial Banking leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and the Corporate & Investment Banking COO organization to define requirements, coordinate implementation activities, and drive successful platform adoption.

Lead the design, implementation, and onboarding of the new document/content management platform.

Serve as the primary Product Owner for Commercial Banking platform requirements and initiatives.

Partner with Commercial Banking stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

Develop and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and implementation activities.

Coordinate across business, technology, and project teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Support Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing, implementation, and user adoption.

Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

Collaborate with the broader Product Owner team to ensure consistency across document management platforms.

Support reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications using Microsoft Office and Excel.

Identify opportunities to improve document management processes and overall user experience.

3–4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles.

Financial services/financial industry experience.

Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
