Position Title: Hospice Liaison Marketer

Position Summary:

The Hospice Liaison Marketer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and community organizations. This role drives census growth by promoting hospice services and identifying appropriate patients for referral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow hospice census.

• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and physician offices.

• Provide education about hospice philosophy, eligibility, and services to referral sources and the community.

• Conduct regular visits and presentations to promote the organization's mission and value.

• Track marketing activities and referral trends; provide regular reports to leadership.

• Assist in the coordination of community events, health fairs, and educational sessions.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth transition and admission of referred patients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience, preferably in hospice or home health.

• Strong understanding of hospice eligibility and services.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
