Summary This position supervises the daily operations of the hotel's Front Desk while ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient front office operations, and a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure. The Guest Service Supervisor provides leadership and support to the front desk team, oversees guest check‑in and check‑out, resolves guest concerns, promotes brand loyalty programs, and helps maximize revenue through effective room inventory and service excellence. The ideal candidate is a customer‑focused leader with strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. Qualifications Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain any government‑required or brand‑required permits, licenses, or certificates. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Maintaining a trustworthy and secure environment is essential to our guest experience; therefore, all offers of employment are contingent upon the satisfactory results of a pre‑employment screening.
