The Village at Marymount, a renowned senior living community, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening Shift STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) to join our care team. About the Role:
As an Evening Shift STNA at The Village at Marymount, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and other caregivers

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, including keeping living areas and common spaces organized and tidy

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and fellow staff members to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere

• Participating in care planning and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional care and support to residents, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being
• Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medications, treatments, and progress notes
• Participate in care conferences and meetings to review resident progress and discuss care plans
• Exhibit a commitment to empathy, compassion, and respect for all residents and colleagues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid STNA certification in the State of Ohio

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
