Work Location: Menlo Park, CA or Fremont, CA - Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced o9 Solutions Architect / Techno-Functional professional with approximately 10 years of hands-on experience with the o9 Solutions platform . The ideal candidate will have strong supply chain domain knowledge, the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions, and excellent communication skills for working with senior and executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead o9 Solutions architecture and techno-functional initiatives across supply chain planning and related business processes.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into scalable o9 Solutions implementations.

• Provide architecture guidance and functional/technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Work closely with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to communicate solution strategies, progress, risks, and recommendations.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using o9 Solutions.

• Lead solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• Collaborate with technical teams, functional teams, and business users to ensure successful implementation.

• Provide guidance on o9 Solutions best practices, architecture, and implementation standards.

• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement of existing o9 Solutions implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of o9 Solutions experience .

• Strong hands-on experience with o9 Solutions in a techno-functional or solution architecture capacity.

• Strong understanding of supply chain planning and related business processes.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior/executive leadership.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with enterprise-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
