Supply Chain Analyst

Payrate $53.00 - $57.00/hr. Summary The primary role is to analyze, design, implement, modify, and provide daily functional support for all applications, aligning technology solutions with business strategies. Responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. Gather requirements from business units and translate them for programmers and developers. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in system implementation decisions. Demonstrate informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities. Support one or more highly complex business processes. Work on multiple projects as a project team member. Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. 5-7 years of experience required. Basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions. Experience supporting supply chain operations (e.g., supply chain data, reporting, master data, or process analysis) in combination with data analytics. Experience combining data analytics with supply chain operations (hybrid profile strongly preferred). Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage. Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines. Ability to solve technical problems/processes and understand complex details. Ability to increase operating efficiency with high-quality technical solutions. Desired Skills Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to work with complex datasets. Ability to work in ambiguity and learn quickly in a fast-moving environment. High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to others at their systems knowledge level. Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and conduct necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions. Clear communication skills; able to articulate prior work and analytical approach. Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $53.00 - $57.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
