Recruiting SourcerThe Recruiting Coordinator's role is to provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Human Resources team. This support consists of working with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates in coordinating all interview schedules and travel arrangements, when necessary. This individual also supports the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects, corporate events, employee's activities and day to day routine assignments.Essential FunctionsSupport the recruitment team with the following tasks: Posting of job opportunities, Coordination and participation in job fairs, Uploading of resumes into the hiring management system, Coordinate and/or schedule background screening, road tests, drug and alcohol tests and safety orientation, Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all timesProvide broader Human Resources department support, including: Conducting employee orientations, Run and create ad-hoc HR reports and create PowerPoint presentations as needed for the department, Order supplies and/or any other departmental purchases, Assist with disability management ensuring short term disability forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner, Perform exit interviews, Update organizational charts, Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments, Creation/maintenance of employee filesAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assigned.Skills and AbilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills, RequiredPerforms work independently with minimal supervision, RequiredAbility to build strong customer relationships, RequiredCapable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills, RequiredAbility to maintain confidential information Strict adherence to confidentiality with high ethical standards, RequiredFlexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment, RequiredAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors), RequiredDetail oriented with excellent follow-up practices, RequiredPolished and professional demeanor, proven experience in delivering superior high-end customer service, RequiredQualificationsH.S. Diploma/GED, RequiredBachelor's Degree in in related field, Preferred0 to 1 year in administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience, PreferredFamiliarity with HR Systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) Intermediate, PreferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced, PreferredExperience in managing the communication and approach with internal and external customers at various career levels.
