Carpenter We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our Carpentry Shop. In this role, you will perform renovations, installations, and alterations to existing structures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in every project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drywall, ceiling systems, flooring, cabinetry, and general carpentry work, along with a strong understanding of materials, blueprints, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities and Duties Install and finish drywall, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, and countertops. Perform trim work, hang doors, install door hardware, and set windows. Modify and renovate spaces by removing walls, installing partitions, and altering room layouts. Utilize hand and power tools to complete structural modifications and enhancements. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations and renovations. Identify and address facility-related issues associated with space reconfiguration. Collaborate with project managers to develop solutions for construction challenges. Ensure adherence to safety standards, material specifications, and quality control procedures. Apply knowledge of at least one additional trade while maintaining a general understanding of others.
