Registered Nurse - Tele, Los Angeles, California. Travel assignment starting 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks in a home healthcare - hospice setting. Weekly pay range: $1,597 to $1,726 per week. This travel temporary assignment supports patient care in a home hospice environment, coordinating nursing services and collaborating with the care team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessment information, and identify care needs and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement a care plan with prescribed interventions to achieve desired outcomes; coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust plans as needed; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families, provide health information, and support learning for treatment and self-care.
- Delegate appropriately, supervise assigned nursing staff, and ensure a safe, healing environment.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice (California) — required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor — required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor — required.
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification — required.
- Education: BSN preferred.
- Experience: at least two years of recent nursing experience in the field; acute care facility experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a home healthcare/hospice setting and to manage care across multiple disciplines as part of a telecare-supported team.
