Shift Details

This position offers a Day 4x10-Hour shift from 09:30 AM to 08:00 PM, running Tuesday through Friday. No weekend shifts are required, allowing for time off from Saturday to Monday each week.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled imaging technologist with surgical experience preferred for this role. Candidates must have experience in all X-ray procedures and be proficient in operating C-arms in a surgical setting. This position is open to first-time travelers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiology.
• Current Washington state license required.
• Certifications: ARRT R, BLS.

Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess a robust skill set including, but not limited to:

• Abdomen procedures (decubitus, supine, upright)
• C-Arm procedures
• Adult Acute Care and Adult Outpatient procedures
• Emergency Department imaging
• Trauma cases
• Experience with PACS and various X-ray systems (Philips, Siemens, Toshiba)
• Portable imaging (bedside/portable procedures)
• Preparation and administration of contrast media

Additional Information

• This position may require voluntary on-call shifts, though it is not mandatory.
• Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, rapid response teams, and transportation.
• Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
• Daily workload consists of approximately 17-20 exams per night.
• Collaboration with another staff member will be expected after 11:00 PM.

Expectations

Employees may be required to float between nearby facilities and should be prepared to adapt to changing demands. Commitment to working three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) is expected.
