Solution Consultant

To support enterprise sales opportunities, the full-time remote Solution Consultant will engage with clients throughout the sales cycle, leading discovery sessions, delivering business-focused demonstrations, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead consultative discovery and translate customer business challenges into compelling solution recommendations Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from discovery through implementation Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback to improve solutions and go-to-market strategies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales supporting complex B2B SaaS solutions Proven ability to partner effectively with Account Executives on multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles Experience presenting to executive stakeholders, including HR and Finance leaders Demonstrated ability to support enterprise RFPs, RFIs, and solution design Familiarity with HR Technology, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management solutions
