Join Our Team as a Title Clerk - Las Vegas, NV
Jerry Seiner Dealerships is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Title Clerk to join our Las Vegas team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and supporting both customers and internal teams, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
- Process vehicle title and registration paperwork in compliance with Nevada state and federal regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate licensing and titling of vehicles
- Provide professional, responsive customer service to internal and external customers
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and dealership information
- Post, track, and reconcile related accounting transactions accurately
This is a full-time and in-office position. You'll work in a professional office setting with an adjustable sit-to-stand desk, and we'll provide training on our dealership systems.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Automotive accounting or title experience preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- A strong focus on customer experience and accuracy
