About the Opportunity

A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the Chicago area is seeking a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its primary care team.

Polish language fluency is absolutely required. This position serves a large Polish-speaking patient population, and candidates must be fluent in both English and Polish . Unfortunately, candidates who do not speak Polish cannot be considered.

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board Certified with certification maintained in good standing
• Active or eligible Illinois APRN or PA license
• Illinois Controlled Substance License and DEA registration
• Current provider-level CPR certification
• Fluent in both Polish and English (required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $97,000–$130,000 , based on experience
• Full Practice Authority NPs start at a higher salary scale
• $20,000 salary increase after one year for eligible providers meeting productivity/template requirements
• Eligible for NHSC and Illinois State Loan Repayment Programs
