Compensation & Perks Total Compensation: $23–$28/hr Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr Daily Tips: Cash + Card Monthly Bonuses: Up to $400/month (after 3 months) $500 Driver Sign-On Bonus! (Must be approved as a driver and complete 3 months of driving. If you don't have a DOT card, we will supply you one, but the cost will be deducted from your Sign-On Bonus. Any defensive driving needed or tickets received during this time will be deducted from this bonus.) What We’re Looking For Age 23+ with a valid, clean driver’s license Reliable availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (non-negotiable) Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and stay active all day Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why The Junkluggers?
