This position coordinates with the customers Cloud Team, TACCOM personnel, field users, and enterprise technical teams to maintain operational readiness. Duties And Responsibilities Support testing, deployment, administration, operation, and sustainment of the Team Awareness Kit (TAK) environment Provide engineering and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve TAK-related issues Administer TAK in coordination with the customer’s Cloud Team Support user onboarding, offboarding, configuration, and access activities Support mobile-device integration, certificate deployment, and operational-event requirements Coordinate with TACCOM personnel, field users, cloud teams, and enterprise technical teams Monitor readiness and support field deployments, exercises, special operations, and emergency response Document issues, resolutions, configurations, and system-support actions Requirements Minimum of three years of experience supporting the testing, deployment, administration, troubleshooting, or sustainment of Team Awareness Kit (TAK) or a comparable mobile situational-awareness and secure information-sharing system. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $55,374.10 - $74,917.90. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
