The ideal candidate has plotter, laminator, large-format, flatbed printer and cutter experience. This candidate is self-motivated, with problem-solving skills who pays very close attention to accuracy and detail. Comprehensive training in all aspects of this position will be provided. If this describes you, we encourage you to apply!ResponsibilitiesMust have some experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and good technical skillsONYX Graphics knowledge a plusAssist in other areas of production when all machines are runningUnderstand color profiles and color managementMust work with the ability and knowledge to output the best production method and help identify opportunities to improvePerforms quality assurance measures pre- and post-productionPerforms finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed piecesReports inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchise partnerHelps unload raw materials and cleans and maintains different areasWorks on different projects simultaneouslyPerforms routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessaryEstablishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departmentsFollows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsIntegrity and a strong work ethic are valuedBasic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality workAble to stand for long periods of timeAble to lift 50 or more poundsMust have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrateAble to use light power equipmentInterested in joining our team and Making your Statement?
