Community Manager for HOA Communities

COMMUNITY MANAGER
We are seeking motivated professionals to develop a career in HOA community management. Prior HOA or property management experience is not required; we provide a comprehensive training program.RESPONSIBILITIES
Live the Same Day Response Policy Engage with board members and homeowners Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations Plan and facilitate association board and annual meetings Handle vendor relations, bidding and project management Consult with other departments to support communities Manage risk, insurance and litigation support Prepare budgets and manage the finances of the associations Be available for after‑hour emergencies as neededQUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required 8 to 10 years of professional work or related experience Ability to attend or run evening meetings (approximately 30‑40 per year) High‑level organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment Proficient with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong customer‑friendly communication skills Experience with financial statements and budgets Comfortable with public speaking in small and large meetings Conflict management skills in stressful situations Experience gathering bids and managing large projectsTRAINING PROGRAM
