Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Manage patients with complex respiratory, cardiac, neuro, and other conditions.
• Perform and monitor critical care treatments and interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Utilize EPIC for patient management and documentation.
• Implement aseptic and sterile techniques in medical procedures.

Requirements of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• RN licensure with BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU
• Proficiency with EPIC and critical care equipment
