Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager

Hospice of Acadiana

Hospice of Acadiana, Inc. in Lafayette, LA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered care team. You will perform skilled nursing assessments, develop and monitor care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to support comfort at end-of-life. LA RN licensure is required; two years of nursing experience with hospice preferred. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary group and provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families. #J-18808-Ljbffr
