Are you working in Maintenance and looking for a new opportunity? If so, the Maintenance Technician position at Metes and Bounds is the job for you! Location and Compensation Location: Northfield, Minnesota Pay: $26 per hour Hours: 16 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-call rotation required Key Requirements Background check required. Must have 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. Must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. Must have reliable transportation. Must obtain a Boilers license within 90 days of employment. Responsibilities Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy. Provide maintenance services including general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. Use and maintain own basic tools.
