Maintenance Supervisor

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence. If you're someone who takes pride in turning challenges into solutions and leading by example, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and complete service requests, apartment turns, and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
- Maintain curb appeal and ensure the community is clean, safe, and well cared for
- Lead, train, and motivate maintenance staff to achieve high performance standards
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to control costs and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and safety standards
- Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and occasional holidays
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required
- HVAC Certification required
- CPO Certification required
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Availability for on-call responsibilities
