Primary Care Physician

UPMC Community Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Internal Medicine to join Hickory Internal Medicine located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. • Base salary compensation with the opportunity to earn additional incentives, including a quality-based Value Incentive Plan, and an APP Utilization Plan.

Job Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program completion
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates)
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA certification
