Onsite Staffing Coordinator

Onsite Staffing Coordinator DRiVE Staffing is seeking an organized and people-focused Onsite Staffing Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our temporary workforce and client operations. This role is responsible for onboarding new employees, coordinating drug screenings and compliance requirements, conducting orientations, monitoring attendance, and maintaining ongoing communication with temporary staff. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting both employees and client partners in a fast-paced environment.
