We are looking for a Training Specialist. This position will be based in Pomona, CA. Responsibilities Manage training schedules, training documentation, and coordinate training facility activities. Partner with different department managers and deploy training initiatives. Analyze and assess training and development needs. Implement training plans and curriculum that align with department and individual business objectives. Design, develop, evaluate, and update training content, materials, manuals, tests, and related training aids to ensure optimum effectiveness. Improve training approaches and resources, covering mentoring, group sessions, demonstrations, meetings, eLearning, workshops, refreshers, in‑person, virtual, and/or self‑study. Lead administrative functions necessary to deliver, document, and track training programs, including scheduling, employee notification, and arranging facility set‑up. Prepare and report on training delivery and curriculum effectiveness. Develop and facilitate train‑the‑trainer programs where applicable. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 2–4 years of experience in training and development or human resources in a manufacturing environment or administrative educational setting. Proven understanding of and experience with learning management systems. Experience crafting e‑learning content. Ability to build collaborative relationships with all levels in the organization. Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient digital literacy including Outlook and MS Office (O365, SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Training experience in a manufacturing environment. Lean manufacturing experience. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work accurately. Location Pomona, California. Compensation $82,000 – $110,000 annually (actual wage may vary).
