*Work Schedule* - Hybrid: Hours Between 12:00 PM and 11:30 PM CST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window)
*About the Role:*
We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives
(MSRs). As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.
*What You'll Do:*

* Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
* Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
*What We're Looking For:*

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
* Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
* Reliable and punctual, especially during training
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
