Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Member Service Representative Role in Pensacola, FL – Start September!

Important Note: All candidates must be located within a 30-mile radius of Pensacola, Florida, to be considered.

Position Overview:

• Role: Member Service Representative
• Start Date: September 
• Location: Onsite in Pensacola, FL (will transition to hybrid after training)
• Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour
• Compliance: Must be willing to submit to a lifetime background and credit check (collections over 6k could cause ineligibility)

Job Description:

The position entails handling consecutive inbound calls while seated at a desk and using a computer with dual monitors to assist members and perform transactions and manage requests for a variety of accounts including savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs.

Qualifications:

We're looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers.
• Willingness to assist others and navigate challenging conversations.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge, including data entry and typing proficiency.

Training and Schedule Details:

• Training: Mandatory 6-8 weeks, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM CST (paid training).
• Regular Schedule (Post-Training): Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Options: Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday (one weekend day required, with 1 rotating off day during the week).
• Shift times: Between 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM CST (8-hour shifts).
• Availability Requirements: Must have 6-day availability and a 9.5-hour window of flexibility. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

This position offers a supportive team environment and the chance to grow within a prestigious financial institution. Although primarily hybrid after training, you must be comfortable reporting onsite during the training period.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
