We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Dental Assistant I (Sea Mar Community Health Centers). Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple procedures Escort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentiality Assist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/Allscripts Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Support scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activities Train new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing education Qualifications Completion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experience Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire Strong infection control and patient communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Compensation and Schedule Starting Wage: $22.34 per hour Work Schedule: Monday – Friday What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription coverage Life Insurance Long Term Disability EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Paid time off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid Holidays 401(k)/Retirement options Opportunities to work in a culturally diverse environment Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
