Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Origination Associates to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is an independent contractor role. Associates are activated through a verification and approval process and, once approved:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary deals

• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Origination Associates may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, thesis)

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (analysts handle modeling and underwriting)

Associates are not responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, or capital raising .

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Associates may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience and sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Compensation is strictly success-based

• Typical earnings range: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed transaction

• Paid only after successful deal close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Associate role

• No cap on earnings for consistent, high-quality deal flow

How Associates Get Activated

1. Submit a Deal Origination Associate application and background details

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified deals to the network

No cold applying to funds and no blind pitching. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal sourcing, introductions, and relationship facilitation, and must comply with applicable securities laws.
