This position offers the opportunity to enhance your skills and address development areas, fostering personal growth and professional advancement.Responsibilities- Conducting detailed financial analysis and valuations for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions- Utilizing Alteryx and other automation platforms to streamline data processing and analysis- Applying analytical thinking to assess the worth and potential risks of various deals- Engaging in asset and derivative valuation to support strategic decision-making- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored valuation services- Developing financial models to evaluate deal structures and potential outcomes- Interpreting market trends and industry insights to inform valuation strategies- Presenting financial reports and valuation findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner- Supporting the development of business value analysis and capital modeling initiatives- Upholding professional and technical standards in all valuation activitiesWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Utilizing Alteryx for automation in financial analytics- Demonstrating proficiency in derivative and asset valuation- Excelling in financial modeling and business valuations- Applying analytical thinking to complex deal structures- Engaging in strategic thinking for corporate finance projects- Interpreting market trends for informed decision-making- Developing insights through critical thinking and data analysisTravel RequirementsUp to 40%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
