Job Overview Project Coordinator Location: Columbus, OH (fully onsite) As a Project Coordinator, you will support project managers by handling administrative tasks, managing resources, and ensuring smooth project execution. You will coordinate schedules, track expenses, maintain communication between team members and stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project timelines and expenses. You will also manage ServiceNow tickets, asset records, place orders for equipment and personnel, and facilitate overall project communication. Responsibilities Handle a variety of tasks, attend meetings, manage documentation, and organize project resources. Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring everyone is informed about project progress. Monitor project timelines and expenses, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders. Manage ServiceNow tickets and asset records. Place orders for equipment and personnel, ensuring availability when needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Ability to work independently. General PC troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
