Estate Planning Paralegal

KMS Law Offices, LLC is a boutique Trusts and Estates law firm located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a full-time Estate Planning Paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional client service. This position plays a vital role in guiding clients through the estate planning process and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. What You'll Do Client Communication Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for estate planning clients. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to gather information, answer questions, and provide updates. Schedule client meetings and participate in document signing appointments. Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the planning process. Draft and revise estate planning documents, including: Wills Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts Powers of Attorney Occasional travel to meet with clients. Organization & File Management Maintain accurate and organized client files. Manage estate planning workflows and monitor deadlines. Track pending matters and proactively follow up on outstanding items. Maintain electronic document storage and firm systems. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client service. Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives. Take ownership of assignments and see them through to completion. The ideal candidate is: Exceptionally organized and detail oriented. A strong communicator, both written and verbal. Qualifications Prior law firm experience preferred, particularly in estate planning. Paralegal certificate and notary preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent document production, proofreading, and organizational skills.
