As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment through routine patrols, keen observation, and professional interactions, while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with store leadership and/or Allied Universal management as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, stockroom areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points, assist with crowd and line awareness during busy shopping periods, and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or disruptions within the location.
• Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and employee activity, reporting concerns, and following post orders related to retail operations and security-related response protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
